Dal Baba Bidhi Chand Ji Khalsa Shaouni (DBBCKS) stands as a sacred home of worship, unity, and service for the Sikh community in Melbourne’s West. Established in 2014, our Gurdwara Sahib has become a spiritual sanctuary where the divine teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji guide us towards compassion, equality, and peace.

Over the years, Dal Baba Bidhi Chand Ji Khalsa Shaouni Plumpton has been humbly recognized for its unwavering commitment to Seva, Sikhi, and community service. From providing Langar during difficult times, to supporting local families in need, and organizing religious, cultural, and youth development programs, our Shaouni has been acknowledged as a pillar of strength and unity in Melbourne’s Sikh and wider multicultural community.
Khalsa Shaouni Sports Club
The Khalsa Shaouni Sports Club is a non-profit, community-based club established in 2023 by Gurdwara Sahib Dal Baba Bidhi Chand Ji Khalsa Shaouni in Plumpton, Melbourne. The club’s mission is to encourage children to actively participate in sports and engage in positive community activities. As its first initiative, the club introduced basketball, forming teams under the name KS Lions in collaboration with the Melton Basketball Association. The club proudly welcomes children from all communities, faiths, and cultural backgrounds to join and participate
Services to the community
